Where are my records?

Records stay on this device. They do not sync with iCloud and are excluded from device backups. Before replacing or erasing your device, open Settings, then Export or import records. Create an encrypted backup with at least 12 password characters. Keep the password separately.

How do I import a backup?

Open Export or import records. Enter the backup password and choose the file. Review the preview. Confirm Replace records only when you want to replace current records. Imported reminders start disabled. Enable device locking again after import.

How do I change my water units?

Open Settings and choose Use U.S. fluid ounces. Stored amounts remain in milliliters. The app converts their display.

Why are charts unavailable?

Historical charts and comparisons require Bottom Ready Pro. Free includes all trackers and full record history. Routine comparisons require five afterward observations in each selected group. Missing logs stay missing.

How do I restore or cancel Pro?

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Manage subscription in Settings opens Apple's subscription controls. Canceling keeps access until the current period ends. After expiration, your records remain and you can choose one active routine.

Why did a reminder not appear?

Check the reminder's enabled setting and device notification permission. Focus settings and system delivery can affect alerts. Medication reminders follow only the schedule you enter. The app does not calculate doses.

How do I erase my records?

Choose Delete all personal data in Settings and confirm. This removes personal records and cancels pending reminders. It does not cancel Pro or erase exported files.

Can the app tell me when I can bottom?

No. Food amounts, goals, bowel observations, and checklists cannot establish medical readiness. The app records your own experience.
