The app stores food and fiber amounts, drinks, bowel observations, comfort checks, routines, preparation sessions, afterward notes, favorites, goals, and reminder schedules. You choose what to enter. The app does not infer your identity or sexual orientation.
Records use local storage with iCloud synchronization disabled. The private store and associated files are excluded from device backups. System file protection protects stored files when the device is locked. You can enable Face ID or device passcode authentication. A privacy cover hides the journal when the app becomes inactive.
Export or import records in Settings provides password-protected, encrypted backups. Import shows a preview before replacing records. Imported reminders start disabled. Enable device locking again after import. Exported files go to the location you choose. A file saved to a cloud provider is held by that provider. Keep your password separately. The publisher cannot recover it. Manual backups remain your responsibility.
Reminders use local notifications with your permission. Details stay hidden by default. You can choose to show details in Settings. Apple manages system notification settings.
Apple processes subscription payments. The app checks verified purchase records. The publisher does not receive payment details. Learn source links open outside the app. Their operators have separate privacy policies. A support email includes what you choose to send. Avoid including sensitive records unless necessary.
Settings contains Delete all personal data. This removes logs, routines, favorites, goals, and reminder schedules, and cancels pending reminders. Deleting the app removes local app data. Neither action deletes files you exported or cancels a subscription.
The publisher receives information you choose to send by email. Support information is used to answer your request and is kept while needed to resolve it and meet legal obligations. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site under its privacy policy. This website includes no advertising, analytics scripts, or contact form.
